186 LIGHTING DESIGN GROUP

186 is an architectural lighting design firm in Denver, Colorado, with a portfolio of lighting design projects that range from mountain retreats, art collector’s estates, city lofts and high-end commercial spaces. Whether they are lighting a single painting or an entire residence, their designs complement the art, architecture and interior design of every project. While they get to contribute to some of the most beautiful homes in the world, they still believe that home is meaningful for all people and all people deserve the opportunity to cherish the space they call theirs. Because of this deep belief, 186 has been a long time supporter of NIVAS and our work to help families achieve their homeownership dreams.

INHABIT DENVER

Inhabit Denver is a real estate team helping clients find spaces that bring meaning to the word HOME.  They specialize in helping clients realize the full potential of a property when selling or creating a space for themselves, as well as purchasing and giving new life to spaces, to then market as high quality modern spaces that people can enjoy for years to come (aka FLIPS).

They believe in the idea of HOME being a resting place, a communal space and a space that sparks life for people.  Their partnership with NIVAS is their way of expressing this importance for people in Denver but also for those in Nepal, who's challenges are real and access to a safe and secure environment is especially meaningful.  Their FLIPS in Denver have a 1:1 impact for homes in Nepal:  A sold home here means a sponsored home in Nepal.

2023 Industry Partners

Since 1973, Applewood has had one mission: to help people. They’ve had the pleasure of helping over 300,000 families during their time in business and they’ve learned that the work they do is more than just fixing the heat during a blizzard or repairing a leaky faucet that keeps a homeowner up at night. As one of the few remaining family-owned and operated service companies in Denver, they know home is the center of family; and that when everything works properly, you and those you love most feel safe and secure. Their job is to make sure it stays that way for our Colorado community. But they also believe everyone, everywhere, deserves a safe haven, a home where they can thrive. For that reason, they support the efforts of NIVAS to house families around the world.

From the beginning of their story, Interior Environments has lived at the intersection of the unexpected: hard work running with imagination; big dreams displayed through small details; playful concepts with high-tech edges; human curiosity paired with innovative thinking. At its core, Interior Environments is all about creating office spaces that reflect and enhance the fascinating people that actually use them. Given their dedication to people, pairing with NIVAS was an obvious choice. Interior Environments believes in the power of good, safe, uplifting spaces and that’s why they’ve partnered with us to make the homes we help our families build even better, a true place to grow and thrive.
